WHEAT Flour (Contains Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Carrot, SOYA, Sweet Potato Noodles, Onion, Leek, SOY Seasoning, Maize Oil, Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, SESAME Oil, SOY Sauce, Seasoning Oil.

Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging before cooking.
Best if cooked from frozen
Hob – Simmer gently (medium Heat)
Add the gyoza to a pan of simmering water. Simmer for 4-6 min, drain and serve.
Microwave (Based on 900W microwave)
Place 5 gyoza in a microwaveable bowl, and add 3 tablespoons of cold water. Cover with microwavable film, pierce film and microwave for 2 ½ minutes on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute, drain and serve.
Pan Fry (Authentic style) – Medium Heat
Preheat pan with 1 teaspoon of oil on a low/med heat
Add gyoza and cook for 5 minutes.
Carefully add 4 tablespoons of cold water, cover with a lid, and cook for another 5 minutes until all the water evaporates.
Steam
Place colander or steamer above a preheated pan boiling water. Place the gyoza in the colander/steamer, cover with a lid, and steam for 8 minutes

Enrsure product is piping hot throughout before consumption
Warning: this product may spit when cooked.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
