- For best result always cook from frozen.
- Do not refreze after defrosting, if allowed to thaw reduce cooking time.

- Ensure product is cooked throughout before eating.
- Preheat the oven to 180 C/ 350 F Beat an egg in a small bowl with 3 table spoons of milk and brush the edges of bread with this mixture.
- Place the pide in the centre of the oven
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, until the pides are golden brown. Once cool, cut into slices and serve.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Bread: plain flour, milk, vegetable oil, water, egg, salt, dry yeast. Filling: lamb (20%), tomatoes, onion, green chillies, herbs and spices, garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper.
