Cooking Instructions :
For best result always cook from frozen. Do not refreze after defrosting, if allowed to thaw reduce cooking time. These cooking instructions are guidelines only.
Shallow Fry: Preheat clean cookign oil in skillet on medium heat. Beat Eggs in a separate bowl, coat shami kababs in beaten eggs. Fry Shami kebabs for 5 minutes, turning sides occasionaly for an even cooking. Ensure product is cooked throughout before serving.
