COOKING INSTRUCTION:

Bread: plain flour, milk, vegetable oil, water, egg, salt, dry yeast. Filling: Chicken (25%), tomatoes, onion, green chillies, herbs and spices, tomato paste, coriander, garlic, ginger, salt.

 

Oven :

  • preheat the oven to 180’C / 350F.
  • Place  the pide in the center the pides are golden brown.
  • Plase the pide in the centre of the oven.

Back for 25-30 minutes, until the pides are golden brown.

once cool, cut into slices and serve.
